From Design to Production

Our process brings together design, prototyping, mold making, sample production, fabrication, and manufacturing to take a project from concept to finished product. We work closely with customers to develop displays and product samples that meet their specific design, material, and production requirements.

Design & Engineering

We begin by understanding the product, application, display requirements, and intended environment. Our design and engineering capabilities allow us to develop practical display solutions, including structural design, material selection, CAD development, and custom components.

Prototyping & Sample Development

Before moving into production, we can create prototypes, samples, molds, and custom components to evaluate the design and appearance. This allows us to refine dimensions, materials, graphics, colors, finishes, and functionality before production begins.

Fabrication & Manufacturing

Once the design is approved, we manufacture the required components using a variety of materials and production methods. Our capabilities include woodworking, plastics and acrylic fabrication, metal fabrication, molding, printing, finishing, and custom sample production.

Assembly & Production

Completed components are assembled, finished, and prepared according to the project's requirements. Whether the project requires a small quantity of specialty samples or a high-volume production run, we coordinate the manufacturing process to deliver consistent, finished displays and product samples.
